Cathedral Counseling Center
Cathedral Counseling Center enables individuals to participate more fully and effectively in their relationships, their families, their jobs and in their communities. We are committed to providing high quality mental health services at fees adjusted to the client's ability to pay, and regardless of the client's religious belief, race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation. We are further committed to serving clients with sensitivity to their spiritual concerns and beliefs.
To better meet the growing needs for our services, the Center has moved from St. James Cathedral into a larger facility that will enable us to care for up to 500 more people each year. This new space is located on the 3rd floor of the Garland Building at 50 E. Washington in Chicago’s Loop. The Center has also embarked on a capital campaign to raise $2 million for the purchase and build-out of this new facility. Contributions to date from board, staff, and loyal donors total about $1.3 million.
