Chapter Meeting Minutes
February 19, 2005  

Note: The Cathedral Chapter's February meeting was a Saturday day-long retreat, preceded by a dinner at the Deanery the previous evening. These minutes are for the brief business meeting that took place at the end of the retreat.  

Members Present - Robert Black, Ralph Blackman (Dean), John Clarke, Marianne Culver, Marcus Hall, Frances Holliday, Sharon Johnson, Pamela Lightcap, Phillip Mantle, Ann Meuse, Cecilia Mowatt, Ronald Mui, Jerry Ness, Christopher Plotner, and Elsa Vaintzettel (ex-officio)

Chapter met at the end of a day long retreat.

On motion made, seconded and carried, the Chapter granted signatory authority to the Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer.

Junior Warden: Marianne Culver
Treasurer: Elsa Vaintzettel
Assistant Treasurer: Tom Eley

On motion made, seconded and carried, the minutes of the meeting held January 11^th were approved with the corrections forwarded to Lyle Roebuck from Pamela Lightcap.

Following prayer, on motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
