The Newcomers Ministry is here to welcome people who are new to St. James. We host semi-annual Welcome Breakfasts aimed at informing new members of the activities offered at St. James and introducing them to members of the parish.
Visitor/newcomer cards are available in every pew, and those interested in exploring membership at St. James are encouraged to fill one out. The Newcomers Ministry makes initial contact, along with a clergy member, with all those who fill out a pew card in welcoming them and addressing any initial inquiries they may have about St. James.
We welcome advice and feedback on how our Ministry can better respond to the needs of newcomers and visitors to St. James.
