One step forward, two steps back.  Each of us knows the frustration of life's erratic ways.  Christians have long known that finding our own way into and through a life of rich fulfillment and meaningful  vocation sometimes demands an intentional backward step, a retreat.  Come away with us for a weekend of rest, reflection, recreation and refreshment.

This year the fall retreat will be held at Techny Towers Conference and Retreat Center in Northbrook, Illinois.  The Rev. Sam Portaro, an author and the recently retired Episcopal Chaplain to the University of Chicago,  will be leading us in this time of prayer, meditation and contemplation.  (Books by Sam Portaro)
