Chapter Members Present:
Jessica Abell, Ron Mui, David Stanford, Fran Horn, Marianne Culver, Robert Black, Richard Kelley, Joy Rogers (Provost), and Sharon Johnson.

Elsa Vaintzettel (Treasurer), Bruce Barber (Director of Music), Peter Siwek (Vicar), Tom Patterson (Acting Business Manager).

FORMATION

The Very Rev. Joy Rogers called to order the regular meeting of the Cathedral Chapter at 5:40 p.m. on 9/11/07 in Room 308, Diocesan Center. The Provost led the Chapter in bible study.

Chapter reorganization proposal Joy Rogers

The chapter realignment will be along four areas: Administration, Money, Property, Cathedral Community.

Two new Committees were formed: Stewardship (Jessica A, Fran H, Phil D, Sharon J) and Budget (Marcus H, Tom P, Elsa V)

Redevelopment Update Tom Patterson

Tom Weeks has resigned from Related. October 15^th will be new important deadline. Current happenings: Lead paint removal. Core/soil sampling.

DISCUSSION

Music Department Update Bruce Barber

Brochure is out. Choir going to England in 2008.

Rush Hour Budget Update Bruce Barber

RH is at work on 08 budget. Will present draft in October. Small increase in costs & musician’s stipend.

Peace Vigil Report Peter Siwek

9/21 Vigil. Need assistance –please volunteer!
