St. James Cathedral Social Justice Committee

The St. James Cathedral Social Justice Committee has worked on a number of issues over the last months including "Feed My Sheep" food collection drives, a peace vigil on April 29 (in conjunction with the Christian Peace Witness for Iraq held in D.C.), Pentecost Petition Table (Common Sense Gun Laws and United American Families Act), and We Demand Peace rally in Daley Plaza on June 6. We organized a Cathedral delegation in the annual Gay Pride Parade and are looking to expand our justice and outreach efforts.
