Sacred Space Yoga

Mondays, 5:45-6:45 p.m. in the Cathedral
Suggested donation $12
No one will be turned away for lack of funds. No yoga experience required. 

Yoga at St. James Cathedral on Monday afternoons is held in the nave of the Cathedral and taught by certified yoga instructor Gary Alexander, these basic classes will provide you with an intro (or refresher) to a yoga practice. Enter through the St. James Commons Welcome Center at 65 E. Huron. Bring a mat if you have one (some extras are available for use on a first-come/first served basis). Gentle Yoga

Fridays 12:15–1:15 p.m. in Kyle’s Place Gallery. Suggested donation $10. 
No one will be turned away for lack of funds. No yoga experience required.

Create harmony through deep breathing and gentle exercises. Postures are modified to meet individual needs and abilities. Held in Kyle’s Place Gallery at St. James Commons and taught by registered, experienced, certified yoga instructor Laurine Clark, this practice will stretch and tone muscles, loosen stiff joints and help you feel more agile, refreshed, and balanced. Bring a yoga mat or practice on a chair. Enjoy this calm, peaceful, quiet space. All are welcome. Contact Laurine with any questions.
