Weekly Yoga

Although yoga was developed in ancient India, people of all faiths found that this body-centered meditation is a great way to improve health, open the heart, and deepen your spirituality.

SACRED SPACE YOGA via ZOOM, Mondays at 5:00 p.m.

Though, for now, we can't be together in beautiful St. James Cathedral, we can still share this gentled practice remotely via Zoom.  In a way, it's a good reminder that any time we practice yoga, we are always creating "sacred space."  If you have never tried yoga before, here's a great opportunity to practice in the privacy of your own home.  And it will be private--Zoom allows you to turn off your camera so you can see and hear the instructor, but no one else can see or hear you. As always, this class is on a donation basis--pay what you like.  10% of the proceeds will go to the work of St. James Cathedral. I look forward to practicing with you on Monday at 5:00 p.m.  If you have any questions, please contact me at yogagary@hotmail.com.
