Seeking Staff Singers

The Cathedral Choir is a wonderful, warm community that enjoys making music together to a high standard of excellence. We sing a repertoire that spans ten centuries, grounded in an expansive and inclusive interpretation of the Anglican Choral Tradition.

The Cathedral Choir rehearses on Thursdays from 6:30-8:30pm and sings Choral Eucharist on Sundays at 11am. First Sundays of each month, the choir sings Choral Evensong at 4pm, and the choir is called for numerous diocesan, pastoral, and special services throughout the year.

 

Staff Singers receive $80/call with 2-3 calls per week and are W2 employees of the Cathedral.

 

We are looking for independent musicians with strong vocal technique. Significant ensemble experience is encouraged. Staff Singers will help to lead our excellent volunteers, many of whom are professional-level musicians as well, so interpersonal skills are also essential.
