Baptism
Holy Baptism is the initiation rite by which people are made full members of Christ’s Body, the Church. Whether the person is a baby, a child, or an adult, baptism is a commitment to church membership and a place within the St. James family. There are preparation courses for both parents of babies, young people, and adults.
Babies and children are baptized on Sunday mornings throughout the year, although rarely during the four Sundays before Christmas or the six Sundays before Easter. If you're interested in baptism, email Lisa Hackney-James.
