Thanksgiving Week Schedule Updates

November 19, 2025

  • No Wednesday evening activities on Wednesday, November 26.
  • No Zoom Morning Prayer on Thursday, November 27 or Friday, November 28.
  • Thanksgiving Day Eucharist on Thursday, November 27 at 10 a.m.
  • Cathedral Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28.
  • The Cathedral and 65 E. Huron close at 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 26 and are closed on Thursday, November 27 (except for 10 a.m. Eucharist) and Friday, November 28.
  • No 12:10 Eucharist on Friday, November 28.

Season of Faith- Ingathering Sunday

This Sunday, November 23, is Ingathering Sunday at St. James Cathedral! At each service, we will bring our pledges forward as a visible and joyful sign of our commitment to God’s work in this community.

Our Season of Faith has been a journey of gratitude, trust, and generosity. Ingathering Sunday is our chance to come together as one Cathedral family—honoring those who came before us and committing ourselves to the ministry and mission that will carry St. James into the future.

If you have not yet made your pledge, it’s not too late. Pledge cards will be available in the pews, and you can also make your pledge online or by calling the Cathedral office.

Let’s celebrate all that God is doing among us as we bring our gifts forward this Sunday!

60's and 70's Group Meets Tuesday, November 18

Calling all those in their 60s, 70s, or somewhere around this age, for our first meeting!

Dear Friends,

Please join me and others on Tuesday, November 18, at 6:30 p.m. in Kyle’s Place for the kickoff meeting of the 60s and 70s Group! If you are near this age or just intrigued by a group that wants to discuss life, living in our world today, as well as enjoy fellowship, you are welcome!
