Blessing of the Animals & Choral Evensong

Join us Sunday, October 2, for our annual Choral Evensong and Blessing of the Animals. Bring your animal companions to the Plaza (Huron and Rush) at 3:45 p.m. as we gather for a grand procession into the cathedral at 4:00 p.m.

The Cathedral Choir will lead Choral Evensong with music by William Byrd and Benjamin Britten's "Rejoice in the Lamb," during which the animals will receive a blessing from the clergy.
